Description

Kateryna Derysheva is a poet, co-founder and organizer of the kntxt literary project. Born in 1994 in Melitopol (Ukraine).
Her poems and translations have been published in the journals: Plume, Tlen Literacki, Literatur in Bayern, Literaturportal Bayern, Wizje, Volga, SoFloPoJo, Dvoyetochiye, Literratura, Artikulatsiya, Novyi Bereg, Arion, Homo legens, Kreshchatik, and others. She is the author of the books „Starting Point“ (2018), „There Will Be No Installation“ (2023); the co-author of the book “Timpul pământului” (Romania, 2020). Long list of the Arkadiy Dragomoshchenko Prize (2019), laureate of the Europa Mai Prize (2022). Her poems have been translated into English, German, Bulgarian, Polish, Vietnamese, Romanian, and Urdu. Scholarship holder of Villa Concordia (Bamberg), LCB (Berlin), and Next Page Foundation (Sofia).
