Hanna Sieviaryniec

Hanna Sieviaryniec is a Belarusian teacher, journalist and writer, literary critic, researcher of Belarusian literature. Born in Minsk in 1975. Author of six fiction and documentary books. Laureate of the literary awards. The Jerzy Giedroyc Award shortlist with the book „Belgium Hotel“ (2020), with the book „My School“ (2022).

Hanna Sieviaryniec is a Belarusian teacher, journalist and writer, literary critic, researcher of Belarusian literature. Born in Minsk in 1975. Graduated from the Department of Philology, postgraduate studies, at Belarusian State University. Author of fiction and documentary books „St. Patrick’s Day“ (2017), „Uḷadzimir Duboŭka: him and about him“ (2017), „Belgium Hotel“ (2019), „Around Piotr Hlebka“ (2019), „My School“ (2021), „What was said by a poem“ (2023).
Compiler and author of prefaces and comments to books: „Aleś Dudar. Selected Works“ (2017), „Janka Kupaḷa. Selected Works“ (2020), „Three Onegins: Pushkin, Dudar, Kulašoŭ“ (2020), „Kastuś Sieviaryniec. Selected Works“ (2022).
Laureate of awards: „Exlibris“ named after Alaksandr Uḷasaŭ (2014), „Hliniany Viales“ (2017), „Transparent Aeolus“ (2018). „Human of the Year“-2019 – according to the version of the newspaper „Naša Niva“. The Jerzy Giedroyc Award shortlist with the book „Belgium Hotel“ (2020), with the book „My School“ (2022). Hanna Sieviaryniec is married, has three children.
